I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred) which means I am both fully qualified and experienced, as well as being bound by the BACP’s ethical framework and standards of professional conduct.
You can check my credentials on the BACP register here.
I work with adults on a short or long-term basis with the aim of helping you to understand yourself and your situation better, to feel better, and to make changes in your life if that's what you want to do.
I have worked with people experiencing:
• Relationship difficulties with their partner, children, relatives or work colleagues.
• Depression and/or anxiety to the point where this is impairing their daily life.
• Loss and bereavement, or some kind of trauma.
• Work related stress or frustration.
Often the people I work with don’t know why they are feeling low or stuck. Sometimes they have felt like this all their life since childhood. Whilst this can seem like a hopeless situation, it is by no means rare and not knowing why you feel the way you do does not mean that there is no hope of making a change for the better.
You can read what others have said about working with me here, and if you'd like to discuss how counselling might help you, get in contact here to see how I can help you.
